Arrival & Departure

Information for our North Carolina Vacation Rental Guests

Check-in is at 4:00 pm

We are so excited to welcome you and your guests! You are going to have a FABULOUS vacation!

 

The keyless entry code to enter the home will be texted to you as soon as the house has been cleaned, inspected and fully-prepared for your enjoyment. If you arrive early, we recommend visiting one of the local restaurants or the new Town Center Park.

 

Our cleaning, pool and maintenance teams need FULL access to the driveway to properly clean and prepare the home for your 4:00pm arrival. We kindly ask you do not arrive at the home before 4:00pm and share this with your entire group to avoid delaying check-in.

 

Please do a walk-through inspection of the property upon arrival. Contact us immediately if you see something that needs attention or you have any questions so that we may quickly help you.

Hope you have had a fabulous vacation! We hope you come back soon.Check out is anytime BEFORE 10AM  Before departing, please make sure you complete the following:
 

  • Properly dispose of all food from the refrigerator and freezer.
  • Place dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle.
  • Leave the LINENS, sheets, comforters, and shams on the beds; our team will take care of it for you.
  • Leave BATH MATS in the bathrooms. If you rented TOWELS, please leave them in the bathrooms as well.
  • INDOOR & OUTDOOR FURNITURE should be returned to original location
        (tip: take a picture if you plan on rearranging)
  • BEACH TOYS and RENTAL ITEMS should be left in undercarriage where they were delivered.
  • Place all interior and exterior trash in the large outdoor bins and  wheel them to the street the night before pick up.
  • Ocean Isle Beach: trash pickup all year is on Tuesdays and in SUMMER pick up is Tuesday and Saturdays
          May 22, 2021 - September 25, 2021. 
  • Carolina Beach: pick up is on Mondays all year-round.

Please do a thorough look through of the property prior to departure.  While we cannot be held responsible for items left behind, we do make every effort to locate and return them to you. Contact our office by emailing coordinator@luxurylodgingbylaura.com, please provide description and mailing address. Items found will be sent by USPS unless otherwise arranged. A $50+ handling fee will be added to the cost of the shipping/freight charges. Fee must be made prior to shipping. Unclaimed items will be donated to local charities after thirty days.

To avoid any addititonal fees, please make sure you have completed all of the above and check out in a timely manner.
