Property has an incredible view and location on the beach. Can house a very large number comfortably. The two sides can accommodate a very large party extremely comfortable.

My daughter was married at Southern Comfort on October 2, 2021. The venue and home were perfect for what my daughter and fiance were looking for for their special day. They wanted a beach venue and Southern Comfort was steps from the beach and ocean and the home and accommodations were spacious and perfect for all of our family and friends who stayed at the home. The gorgeous deck overlooking the beach and ocean was a spectacular backdrop for the ceremony and reception dancing and the reception on the pool deck was more than we could have asked for. Everyone at Luxury Lodging By Laura were always very responsive if we had any questions or concerns. If we are ever back in Ocean Isle, we would not hesitate to stay at Southern Comfort or any of the other homes by Luxury Lodging By Laura.

When I attended Tonia's retreat, what an amazing experience! The place was absolutely Beautiful! From all the first class amenities, clean, beautifully decorated, oceanfront view, and did I mention the professional and kind hospitality extended by Luxury Lodging? I felt right at home. Thanks for helping make some fun new memories!
This property was absolutely magnificent. It was one of the few that could sleep a large number of guests, but also offer them all their own bedroom and bathroom. The heated pool, abundance of deck space and easy access to the beach really made the outdoor space shine. While we had impeccable weather the entire weekend, I think we would have been absolutely fine rain or shine! The two large kitchens and family tables helped make all of the time indoors effortless and memorable as well. We had one small technical issue connecting to the house SONOS system and sent an email to the property management company (it honestly wasn't anything urgent) but they sent someone out within 15 minutes, and they even walked out to the beach to find us and remedy the issue. Incredible service. We will be back!
